Me too, I'm so glad that a web-based client is released! Currently I couldn't get on Seesmic Desktop Client for several reasons, great to have a compensation that could keep me going.

Thanks for the info about Seesmic information. I didn't even realize that they had a browser client. I downloaded the desktop client several times and couldn't ever get it to function correctly. I'm definitely going to try the browser version now.

Could give Seesmic's Browser a try. Or if you're interested for 'advanced' features as in desktop clients, how about some reviews here? ~ http://www.wchingya.com/2009/05/best-of-twitter-desktop-clients-secrets.html ~ May need to update them soon: Twhirl doesn't have much changes, whereas Tweetdeck & Seesmic Desktop are equally impressive with latest versions.
