I love Hoot Suite – and the fact that I can access it anywhere. Whether it’s directly online via browser, or the free app available on my iPad or Droid phone, I can always easily check and update Twitter and Facebook (including Pages). It’s a great tool!

I am new to your blog, and just want to tell you that I am suitably impressed with your efforts. Good work!

On the subject of this post, I use Hootsuite myself, and have only good things to say about it.

On the subject of LinkedIn there has been a lot of chatter about it in the blogosphere recently.

Facebook for professionals is what people are calling it, and the general consensus is that it is definitely worthwjile to dust off the old LinkedIn account and start paying some attention to it.

Nice to have you here. CoTweet is a twitter client that works best for customer service related. It can cope well with multiple staffs handling the same account, also provides the admin with filtering ability to manage their staffs’ control, inter-sending messages etc. I will go deeper in this in coming posts.

I agree with your observation. That’s why I stayed up pretty late too. ha.. (different time zone)
